Gideons arrested after school officials complain they were handing out Bibles
The Gideons, a group founded in the late 1800s, has as its "sole purpose" the goal "to win men, women, boys and girls to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ through association for service, personal testimony, and distributing the Bible in the human traffic lanes and streams of everyday life."This is insane! Distributing Bibles to those that want them, while standing on a pulic sidewalk is worthy of arrest? I can think of many more important things to worry about..can't you? Sphere: Related Content

The funny thing is that Mr Bush professes to be a Christian.But yet people are getting arrested for handing out bibles.Something doesn't click here.So basically it says be a Christian or whatever,but you damn well better keep it to yourself.Such hypocrisy!! So like I said before they might as well burn the constitution,as there is no freedom of speech or religion.As far as the pursuit of happiness,only if it fills thier pockets!!
