Turn back the hands of time to before the Iraq war

Could this really happen? I mean in principal anyway.

Senator Clinton and Robert Byrd today called for Congress to revoke the 2002 resolution authorizing the Iraq war, which they said is now outdated.

Under this proposal, the authorization would expire October 11, the fifth anniversary of it’s original passage. Then Bush and company would have to seek new authorization from congress to continue the war.

If only something like this could happen. While they are at it, they might as well revoke the past two Presidential Elections as well.
