It would seem that the 'rendition programme' is seriously out of hand as is the US's covert operations throughout the globe. It is unlikely to corrected by conventinal means since it's public detentions in Cuba which just about breach every civil right known to man are tolerated by a wider world.
It really beggars belief......
I'm not sure what the answer is except to object at every possible opportunity and en masse.
