Sadly pretty much the same thing happens on the UK.....Big Brother is taking over and is accountable to no one and really couldn't care about the electorate.
Again...it more proof that democracy is dead and dictatorship is alive and well and we can't do a damned thing about it!!
These people really do need to be held to account and for so called 'modern, civilized society' it's appalling as to just how far they will go for their own ends.
