How do you know who is reading? I have sitemeter and I get a lot of unknowns.
I mean everything unknown. ISP, country, location etc... etc...
I always assume that when everything comes up unknown its big brother watching me.
Or somebody is hiding themselves very good.

So I look up the IP address what will that tell me? All other information says unknown. That's what I mean when I say unknown.

I wouldn't worry about that, an I.S. department isn't something you should be worried about. If it came from another department you should be worried.
I don't think that if someone of substance was watching you they'd broadcast their Identifiers..
