Speaking last week at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum in Grand Rapids, Mich., Ford's one-time White House chief of staff said: "Researchers like to come and dig through my files, to see if anything interesting turns up.""I want to wish them luck," the vice president said to a laughing audience.
"But the files are pretty thin. I learned early on that if you don't want your memos to get you in trouble someday, just don't write any."
Apparently Cheney has some concern about leaving a paper trail. Considering that he is the "brain" behind Bush he should be concerned.
He has failed as George Bush's brain. Let's hope he is not his conscience too.

Friends,
I believe that impeachment is very important to our Country as a whole . . . This administration has made a mockery of our laws and our Constitution, the one they pledged to protect. They must go . . .

I hope Dennis succeeds otherwise the elections {if there are elections} will only be an effort in futility.

One are Nazi's and the other are enablers.
We need a third party to redeem our country, our honor, our integrity and our Constitution.
God Bless.

'Scooter' Libby: NBC News Can Clear Me
Libby, the former chief of staff to Vice President Dick Cheney, wants a federal judge to let his lawyers question Andrea Mitchell, NBC's foreign affairs correspondent, about when she learned that the wife of an outspoken Bush administration critic worked for the CIA.
Plame was outed in a July 2003 syndicated column. Three months later, Mitchell said in a television interview that she had known Plame worked for the CIA before the column.
"It was widely known among those of us who cover the intelligence community," Mitchell said.
Mitchell has since recanted those comments and has said she can't explain them.
You know this is a difficult postition for the media to be in because if they were to tell the truth (whatever this is) it is like suicide for their careers. I am interested in seeing how this finally plays out.
