Does Bush Have Presenile Dementia?

I found this Video at Truth Dig - Ear to The Ground

The video below shows two clips of Bush speaking at debates--one during the 1994 Texas Gubernatorial campaign, the other during the 2004 presidential campaign.
You will probably be shocked to see how articulate a public speaker our current president was a mere 12 years ago. It is rather frightening to see how his style and poise have deteriorated over the years. Is this presenile dementia or just stress and aging - you decide.
