I think it is. Seeing as Cheney has the power to 'pixilate' anything he wants to keep secret, like his residence has been mysteriously pixilated on "Google Maps"! The other guy I'm pretty sure is Gonzales. He's the official Pi## boy of the administration now, so it's only fitting that he should be in prison too!
