People familiar with the law said that it provided a legal framework for much of the surveillance without warrants that was being conducted in secret.
Now the President can do legally what has been done illegally for years. No limit to the power of this administration.

Bush & Blair were bedmates, it will be interesting to see which side of the fence Brown is going to cling to....after all, here in the UK we are being thrust forward into a United States of Europe with no say!
