Further proof that Bush lives somewhere other than the planet Earth.
On one issue particularly worrisome to American consumers, there are indications that paying $4 for a gallon of gasoline is not out of the question once the summer driving season arrives. Asked about that, Bush said "That's interesting. I hadn't heard that. ... I know it's high now."

People familiar with the law said that it provided a legal framework for much of the surveillance without warrants that was being conducted in secret.
Now the President can do legally what has been done illegally for years. No limit to the power of this administration.
