THE Bush Administration is moving towards declaring that Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps is a foreign terrorist organisation.
If imposed, the declaration would signal a more confrontational turn in the Administration's approach to Iran and would be the first time that the US has added the armed forces of any sovereign government to its list of terrorist organisations.
The Revolutionary Guard is thought to be the largest branch of Iran's military.
The US has long labelled Iran a state sponsor of terrorism, but singling out the guard would amount to an aggressive challenge from an Administration that has recently seemed conflicted over whether to take a harder line against Tehran over its nuclear program and what US officials have called its destabilising role in Iraq.
The Bush administration has chosen to move against the Revolutionary Guard because of what U.S. officials have described as its growing involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as its support for extremists throughout the Middle East, unidentified U.S. officials were quoted as saying.
What proof does Bush offer about this matter - if any? This is not looking good for our future involvement in the Middle East, or anywhere else for that matter. I swear to Christ that this maniac isn't going to be happy until he causes World War III and we all get nuked!

This is just another red flag proving that the Bush Administration War Hawks will make war with whoever they want, whenever they want.My big question is how much longer are we the people going to put up with this shit? If the "ball-less" wonders in Congress are unwilling to challenge this Administration, they are as much to blame for the country's present problems.

I have already said that war with Iran is inevitable just like Martial Law.There is no way he is going to give up power. That would be like Hitler giving up his Enabling Act he promised to revoke and never did.Now he will use this new addition to the Executive Order to start a new War in Iran.Be prepared to be Nuked as China and Russia join forces to protect their oil interests in the Middle East.The whole region will go up in smoke very soon and we are all screwed.I don't believe even someone giving him a blow job can save us now.God Bless. This news has actually scared the s**t out of me as well. I think we are really gonna be screwed really soon.

I have to agree with what you said. I am really at a loss at the moment. There seems to be no way to stop this un-president at all.
The sad reality is is that's he's a lame duck right now, so what does he have to lose? He, the penguin and Abu are pretty much running rough shod over the country with complete impunity.
It's a disgusting display of executive corruption at it's best.
But you know what Vice? What if he isn't a 'lame duck' after all, what if he is planning to use that
National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive to keep himself in office during war?

It's so hard for me now Carol ....everytime I open up my IE and there it is...5 or 10 American soldiers killed....could 1 of them be Bill? I'd like to think that the public doesn't have information that the investigative services of the government has.
Hell, I can't even fix my car. I take it to a mechanic and trust that he knows how to fix it. So I'm not about to say that I know how to deal with Iran. But I know one thing ... if extremist leaders are indeed intent on destroying Western Civilization, I really think we have to keep an eye on them.

Maybe if we didn't impose our views on the rest of the World all the time they wouldn't want to kill us.
Its not because they hate our freedom, it's because they hate our sticking our noses in their business all the time.
Remember we once gave Saddam all those chemical and biological weapons he used against the Kurds and Iran when we called him our friend.
Friendship with anyone in this administration will get you killed. It's only a matter of time.
