I stopped watching him some time ago due to his sexist attitude and his rather pathologically middle school frame of mind.
He was very right when he said what got him canned from his first gig on network telly, I was a junior in high school at the time, and knew what he said was right, that is when I first started watching him.
Not being a fan of the Catholic Church, I understand the sentiment and admit sometimes he still gets things correct.
